Bringing the Party Home

The party came to our yard on Saturday the 9th! We had a "rotating" open yard throughout the day, with several groups of friends in the city swinging through at various points. Fortunately, most everyone we know is fully vaccinated, so we were able to have a taste of the big celebration we plan to have in the future on this day!

We'd planned on making groceries for the day, but between Linda's dinner, Boompa and Mamere's spread, and all the 9 Roses and Bahn Mi leftovers, we had more than enough to fill a spread for everyone who stopped by throughout the day... including a whole tiramisu cake and a lot of the gelato from Piccola, both of which were big hits!
